Dear Sir,

I was an owner of a big business with 900 employees headquartered in New York city and offices throughout the USA but now retired.

I always heard only the complaints that stopped at my desk, but when things were perfect never heard the praises about my employees or even from within my staff.

I wished I would receive praises to know that things are going good across the board.

He earned my praises.
