More Kudos to the Crew!

Nothing pleases us more than receiving compliments about our work and employees. Enjoy the read below from another happy Arbor client:

Dear Phil - May I let you know the gentlemen did a fine job at our house.  For such care and precision, we sincerely thank you and the crew. Their clean-up work is also top notch!   As 'joy in the yard goes, yesterday was certainly a good day for this old gal! Saying goodbye was hard.

May I also let you know, the crew leader (Ponce) might have been overly generous in our backyard.  I did not notice his labors at first because I was on the boulevard with the bucket gent.  When I wandered into the backyard, Ponce was caring for our Fan Palms.  I did not stop him because he was in his 'zone and I preferred to offer a compliment vs. a 'let's call Phil.….  The bucket gentleman also cared for our Fan Palm on the side of the house.

That's my short/long story!!  Enjoy this gorgeous weather and please say thanks to the crew.  They proved themselves over and over.  Most impressive that our CDD Operations Manager drove by and waved. I had earlier let him know that Crawford tree trimmers would arrive on Monday to do some work on our trees along the boulevard.  Trust is a big thing with John V!!  He waved as he drove by.  More kudos to the crew!
