Way to go Javier and Felix

Dear Keith- I am the landscaping liaison for Egrets Walk.

We have undertaken several large projects with the assistance of the Crawford team. These projects have resulted in positive improvements adding to the aesthetics of our community.

Our latest endeavor was to add lighting to areas we had just re-landscaped. Javier was in charge of this project.  He is a very talented lighting specialist who graciously accepted my input every step of the way. He went above and beyond to meet with me several evenings in order to tweak the lights in the different areas being illuminated. He really has been a pleasure to work with. I am thrilled with the result as are the residents and our Board members.

I would like to take this time to mention Felix. For the last year and a half that I have volunteered my time in landscaping I have worked closely with Felix. He is very creative, has extensive knowledge of shrubs and flowers and is very eager to please while at the same time offering his expert advise.

All your teams are very hard workers, know what they are doing, polite and eager to please.
I know all too often management receives negative feedback but when I see positive results I always like it to be noted.
