We live in Cypress Cove section of the Grandezza development in Estero. Your company has been maintaining our lawns, trees and shrubbery for the past year. We are writing this letter to commend your company for the fine work it has done in our community. Once you took over the Cypress Cove account there has been a noticeable difference for the good in the appearance of our street. Your company appears to be well managed and has the wide-ranging resources to get the job done on a continuing basis. In particular we would like to praise two of your employees, Felix Tapias and Michael Raetzael, for their exemplary work and their willingness to "go above and beyond" in the care for Crawford's customers. They are true assets to your company and we know you would want to know that your company is being well represented by Felix and Michael. In this day and age where the registering of complaints to companies far exceeds the passing along of compliments, we thought you would like to receive a letter that compliments a company for its excellence in service, employees and good management practices.
