Hugo and Watt join MOG

Crawford Landscaping is proud to announce that Tommy Hugo and Cody Watt have become members of our Management Ownership Group (MOG).

Crawford’s MOG was created in 2011 and is comprised of a leadership team who have demonstrated a consistent commitment to our company’s mission, guiding principles and core values. Tommy and Cody join fellow MOG members Mike McNeill, Phil Buck, Shawn McDole and Anne Check.

Tommy joined Crawford Landscaping in 2015 as the company’s Director of Irrigation and has been instrumental in implementing our remote irrigation water management program, offering 24-hour irrigation monitoring.

Cody joined Crawford in 2017 as an account manager and currently serves as the company’s Director of Turf Maintenance and Agronomy. Cody’s passion for landscaping and leadership, along with his commitment to standardized operating procedures, has transformed Crawford’s Turf and Pest Control departments.
