Hugo Rodriguez PROMOTED!

Turf Operations Manager is a vast and encompassing role within Crawford Landscaping Group and Hugo Rodriguez is up to that challenge.  Rodriguez joined Crawford Landscaping in February 2017 as a Production Manager.  His experience, attention to detail and leadership skills landed him a promotion to Account Manager at Crawford in just eight months.  

In his new role as Turf Operations Manager, Rodriguez will work closely with turf department leadership and staff to ensure all turf operations are running smoothly and internal quality assurance measures are met.  He will also streamline processes, oversee recruiting and on-boarding, control and coordinate labor, and manage vehicles and equipment.

Rodriguez was born in Mexico and moved to the United States when he was two years old.  Currently he resides in Naples, with his wife Nora and their five children.  He is FCHP certified, holds a private applicator’s pest license and will be working towards his CPCO (certified pest control operator’s) license in early 2020.
